Luca Maddeo

Luca Maddeo is a Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor and holds a degree in Political Science.
He initially worked as a business strategy and innovation consultant in the corporate finance division of a leading consulting firm Since 2014, he has collaborated with Ruggero Conti and has been a partner at CMF & Partners since 2019.
He contributed to the creation of the professional project “Q Partners” and is co-founder of the “Q Value” initiative.

His advisory experience focuses in particular on: company valuation; strategic consulting and business internationalisation; taxation and corporate law; management of M&A negotiations; organisation of corporate groups and planning of generational transitions; reorganisation projects and tax planning for corporate groups.

He is the CPA representative in Italy for three international tax and strategy consulting boutiques based respectively in Paris, London and New York. He oversees the firm’s relationships with professional practices in major European and US cities that support clients with cross-border matters.

He serves as a member and chairman of external supervisory bodies for companies listed on the Euronext Growth market and operating in the following sectors: holding and asset management – art & digital – luxury luggage – real estate – software design and distribution – chemicals – energy – steelworks – textiles – tanning.

He is a member of the Corporate Governance Study Commission established by the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.
In the non-profit sector, he chairs the Giovanni Bottesini Music Association.
