Mario Gelmetti

Mario Gelmetti is registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and with the Register of Statutory Auditors.
He has been practising professionally since 1965 in his own firm.
His consultancy experience relates in particular to: tax and corporate assistance; managing negotiations in the acquisition and disposal of businesses; accounting and tax returns.
He has served as a member and chairman of external supervisory bodies of companies operating in various sectors: holding and asset management – distribution – IT consultancy – real estate.
He also holds positions on the administrative boards of limited companies.
