Valeria Francavilla

Valeria Francavilla is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with a double degree in Business Administration from Kent University in Canterbury (UK).
Between 2008 and 2014, she completed her professional training at the GUATRI–CONTI Associated Firm. In 2014, she assisted Ruggero Conti in the establishment of the Conti Firm, and since 2019, she has been a partner at CMF & Partners.
She contributed to the creation of the professional project “Q Partners” and is co-founder of the “Q Value” initiative.

Her consulting experience focuses in particular on: corporate taxation; tax due diligence; drafting of tax opinions; strategic business planning; company valuation; corporate group organisation and generational transition planning.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of companies operating in the real estate sector.
She is also a member of external control bodies of companies active in the following sectors: holding and asset management, real estate, chemicals, luxury luggage, industrial machinery manufacturing and screen printing.

She is a member of the Corporate Governance and Direct and Indirect Taxation Study Committees established by the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts. She is also a member of the NedCommunity Association.

In the non-profit sector, she serves as a member of the Board of Auditors of the Association for Children with Kidney Disease – ABN ONLUS.
