Valeria Gelmetti

Valeria Gelmetti is an Accountant, Statutory Auditor, Bankruptcy Trustee and holds a degree in Law.
Between 2000 and 2005, she completed her professional training at Studio Guatri.
Since 2006, she has managed the family firm, Studio Gelmetti, while continuing her collaboration with the Guatri–Conti Associated Firm and subsequently with CMF & Partners.

Her consulting experience focuses in particular on corporate taxation, tax due diligence, drafting of tax opinions, strategic business planning, taxation of corporate groups and individuals, cross-border tax matters, and tax litigation.
She is a member of administrative and external supervisory bodies of companies.
In the non-profit sector, she serves as auditor for the Generas ONLUS Foundation.
