The Giovanni Bottesini Music Association was born out of the enthusiasm of young people from Crema who love music and their city. Crema boasts a significant musical history that has been expressed since the 17th century through figures such as Francesco Cavalli, Giuseppe Gazzaniga, Stefano Pavesi, Vincenzo Petrali and Giovanni Bottesini.
The Association was founded with the aim of promoting Crema’s musical heritage by organising high-quality musical and cultural events with an international scope. Over the years, its efforts have increasingly focused on promoting music and opera, with particular attention to supporting and discovering young talent.
